Of Asia Minor descent, a descendant of refugees from Smyrna, son of Konstantinos Kareklas, a pharmacist, and Aikaterini Bakou-Karekla, a notary, born in 1990 in Kaisariani, where he grew up and currently works as a lawyer. He attended schools in Kaisariani and was an excellent student throughout his school years, gaining admission to the Law School of Athens, from which he graduated with honors and distinctions from various institutions, including the State Scholarship Foundation. He further trained in civil law and property law, completing with distinction the corresponding postgraduate program of the Law School of Athens. He then specialized further in commercial transaction law, completing two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees at internationally renowned universities, specifically the University of Cambridge in England and Columbia University in New York, from which he was awarded the Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar award. He worked for several years as a lawyer collaborating with some of the largest law firms worldwide and now maintains a client base of both national and international origin. During his student years abroad, he was involved in public affairs, representing the student body in student councils. Additionally, during his school years, he was an active member of Near East and the A.O. Tennis Club of Kaisariani, and he continues to be actively involved in sports to this day. He speaks English, German, Spanish, and some Chinese.

Real estate transactions - issuance of golden visa
We provide legal advice from the beginning of finding the property until the end - registration of the contract in a competent Land Registry - Cadastral Office in cases of purchase and sale, elaboration of a thorough legal title control – legal encumbrances of real estate in the Greek territory, control of buyer/seller's rights during the signing of the Contract, assistance and completion of the procedures for the registration of the title of acquisition in the Land Registry, specialization in resolving disputes and complications at all stages of the purchase and sale and specialization in investor licenses (golden visa).
Leases
We undertake private lease agreements, ontrol of the rights of both parties and lease dispute resolution procedures such as eviction lawsuits and lease restitution orders.
Property disputes
We undertake actions in rem relating to all the rights of owners (property, county, possession, ownership) by bringing an administrative action, expelling from the possession or providing any other legal aid or means to meet the needs of the case.
Cadastral lawsuits
We undertake the structuring of initial and subsequent cadastral registrations both at the cadastral registration stage and in active cadastral registries, the recognition of the rights of the beneficiaries and the registration of lawsuits in the cadastral sheet.
Banking disputes
We undertake the audit of loan agreements, debt settlements and the processing of out-of-court debt settlement mechanism, registration and elimination of pre-notation, inclusion in the code of conduct of banking bodies, and all kinds of cases related to Banks.
Inheritance – Family disputes
We undertake the settlement of any matter related to the succession, the issuance of inheritance certificates, the realization of the benefit of the inventory, applications for lottery, wills as well as the issuance of divorce , fostering and adoption procedures, recognition of paternity, alimony, management of the property relations of the registered partners, parental responsibility and communication of the parties.
Intra-contractual/non-contractual disputes – actions for damages – extrajudicial
We undertake legal disputes arising from contract or torts, the procedures for awarding compensation for physical or property damage, the drafting of an extrajudicial document and the management of the case as well as the finding of consensual solutions.
Administrative actions – appeals – applications for annulment
We undertake cases before competent administrative authorities or courts, damages, amendments and annulment of administrative acts (including applications for remedy – special administrative and judicial appeals).
